CHRISTIAN SCIENCE CHURCH

"The Church of Christ Science":

Christian Science, the "science of healing", is "Anti-Christian", "Anti-Science", with Hindu doctrine, and it is not a Church.

- Founded, in 1875 in Massachusetts by Mary Baker Eddy.

- 1 million members, 3,000 churches, in 56 countries, 700,000 in the USA..

- Address: Mother Church, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

- It is influential, with the prestigious daily newspaper, "Christian Science Monitor", with a circulation of over 100,000. Also with the magazines Christian Science Sentinel, and Journal.

1- "Anti-Christian":

The Holy Scriptures are the books of Mrs. Eddy, "Science and Health, with Key to the Scriptures", "Miscellaneous Writings", and "Manual of the Mother Church"... and the Bible.

- The services look Christian, because the Bible is read, followed by the interpretation of each passage by Mrs. Eddy's writings.

- However it is totally Anti-Christian:

"Jesus Christ" is not God, he was not the Christ, they say, but a man who displayed the "Christ" idea ("Christ" means perfection, not a person). He did not suffer and could not suffer for sins. He did not die on the cross, and he did not rise physically. He will not literally come back. The Virgin Birth was a spiritual idea...

- The "Holy Spirit", is an impersonal power, defined as the teachings of Christian Science.

- "God", is not the Christian God, but a "Hindu one": An impersonal Principle of life, truth, love, intelligence, and spirit. God is not divine person, but the "divine principle" of all that exists. the Trinity is pagan.

- "Matter and Persons", are also a Hindu concept: Material world does not exist, spirit is the only reality. Physical world and human body are illusions. The body can not be ill, suffer pain, or die, because matter is an illusion...

- "Salvation", is by recognizing that each person is as much a Son of God as Jesus is. There is no evil, no devil, no sin, no poverty, and no old age. A person is reincarnated until he learns these truths and becomes "perfect".

- "Heaven and Hell", do not exist, they are only states of mind.  Death is not real.

2- Anti-Science":

The term "science" is not indicative as uniting "science and religion". Far from it, as Christian Science repudiates the very basis of scientific thought, that is the universe is a physical, material fact of reality and subject to rules of natural law and mathematics.

"Anti-Healing" Church:

The claim of "physical healings" by the power of the mind attracts people... but they are either false, psychosomatic cures, or the work of Satan.

- Members use Christian Science "practitioners",rejecting doctors, physicians, chiropractics, drugs, vitamins, nutrition, as well as immunizations...

... Consulting a physician breaks the First Commandment, teaches Mrs. Eddy... recently, Christian Science parents were found guilty of murder in the negligent death of their seven-year-old child in Sarasota, Florida.

Mrs. Eddy claims her healing ministry started after reading Matt.9:2 when she experienced a miraculous cure... but all her "healing doctrine" is rather Hindu: Healing comes from realizing one cannot be sick or hurt and that the body cannot be ill, suffer pain, or die (matter is an illusion)... the belief in Jesus Christ revealed to people their illusion of illness and thus cured them...

- Mrs. Eddy was constantly challenged by the medical leaders to produce evidence of just one bona fide healing... she did not and could not!...

- There are some cases of healing that deserve acknowledgement... and they are the work of Satan of 2Tes.2:9 and Exodus 7... in fact, apparent "supernatural healing" is a trademark of demonic cults, including Satanism and Spiritualism.

3- "It is not a Church":

No clergy, no congregations... only lecture Halls to read, and practice Hindu healing by "practitioners", in "services", under the cover of the Bible.

"Mrs. Eddy", divorced and remarried... and was not modest: She claimed to be the woman of Rev.12, infallible.. she died in 1910 almost in "solitary" in her birth place: Conrad, New Hampshire, USA.

CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY

It is a Hindu interplanetary fiction novel, with a kind of  "Catholic Confession", called "auditing" ... a bad place to spend lots of money.

- Founded in 1954 by Lafayette Ronald Hubbard in California after writing "Dianetics".

- Claims of  7 million members, though the true figure is estimated to be 100,000...

- Address: 1306 N. Berendo St., Los Angeles, CA 90027, USA.

The Doctrine:

Mankind is descended from a race of interplanetary omnipotent gods called "thetans". Gradually they evolved by reincarnation to become humans who could not remember their deified state, but every human is a god!...

... The problem is the "engrams", the traumatic experiences in past lives, which impede spiritual progress, and they are the reason of all diseases...

The Auditing:

... The "solution" is "auditing", to "discover" and to "clear" these traumatic engrams, hidden in the subconscience. They explain it is like a "Catholic church confessional", starting off with 200 questions, with the appropriate comments by the "auditor", the confessor!.

Results of the "auditing":

The result of any confession of sins to another person are always great, it has been catalogued as one the best psychoanalytical methods... and "confessions of sins" are also the basis of the Alcoholic Anonymous and Drug Anonymous success, developing in days the 5 requirements to do a good "Catholic Confession".

... "Narcanon", of Scientology uses the same basis of "confessions of sins" to fight drugs.

Their claims and propaganda, are exaggerated and fictitious: "Dianetics" promises you will be aware that you are a thetan, a god, with unlimited powers... it will cure all ills, both physical and psychological; it will wipe out all mental illness and mean an end to all wars and conflicts... but it is false: You want to find some "equilibrium in life", and you will end up hooked into a relentless round of expensive courses!...

Very "expensive":

The first "auditing" is free... but once you have achieved the state of "clear", you have to progress up the "bridge of total freedom"... and for that you need more auditings, of $300 per hour, and courses, high level courses, of up to $10,000 or $50,000... if you are not rich, Dianetics is not for you.

It is not "scientific"... the "E-Meter":

Dianetics is not scientific, on the contrary, it is just a fiction novel, with the "auditings", copied from the Catholic Church as the only touch of reality.

- Besides the regular "auditings", they have another methods, like the "E-Meters", that makes it look like scientific: These E-Meters are just "lie detectors"; the auditor asks series of questions while the student holds the two tin cans f the E-Meter in his hands. It is nothing new, just a "lie detector"... and if you pay $215 extra, you will be examined with a more modern lie detector... and that's all the science!... plus two huge dictionaries, to explain the many fantasy interplanetary words used in "Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health"... anything but science!.

It is not "Christian":

Jesus is not the creator. He was in control of supernatural powers, "cleared" from mental defects, but he was not an "operating thetan"... in fact, the early teachings of Hubbard say that Jesus did not exist... and when he acknowledged his existence, he claimed Jesus was a gay. The Holy Spirit is not mentioned. Salvation comes after many "auditings"... the "confessions"!.

It is not a Church:

In 1993 it was made a "Church", just for tax purposes... Some meet on Sundays... but it is not a Church: There is no Community, no altar, no priests...

It did not work for Ron Hubbard!:

Born in Montana, divorced several times; his son Nibs called him "insane"; his son Quentin killed himself... plagued by venereal disease, he died in 1986 with a stroke, after 6 years of almost total isolation... scientologists claim he is now carrying his work on another galaxy!...

CHILDREN OF GOD (COG), "Family of Love", ("Heaven's Magic):

The "COG" is the literal "prostitution of Christianity"; "Sex for Jesus" is their logo...

- Founded, in 1969 in the US by David Berg, who changed his name to Moses Berg, and is called "MO".

- In 1981 MO claims there were 10,000 members in 72 countries, living in 80 "communes", distributing 60 million of "MO letters" per year. Today Berg's "Royal Family" empire is in shambles.

"Hookers for Jesus":

With the Bible in his hand, and the word "love" in his lips, MO promoted the "Hookers for Jesus", girls doing actual prostitution trying to get converts to the "Children of God", and, by the way, getting money for MO... they called it also by another name: "FFing", "Flirty Fishing".

- Moses Berg, communicated with the communes and with the world by his "MO letters", with "sex" as the central theme, because "God is love", and he is the one who created sex... he encouraged and practiced homosexuality, incest, adultery, fornication, adult-child sex, polygamy...

The "communes", on the surface look fine, living the Bible together like the early Christians... and in the streets, they will offer you the "MO letters", saying "Jesus loves you"...

- "MO" is violently Anti-semitic; nobody knows where he is now, a mailing address in Switzerland is his only contact to the world. They are working in England under the name "Heaven's Magic".

UNITY SCHOOL OF CHRISTIANITY

It is a most deceptive Church: Under the name of "Christianity", and using the Bible, it actually teaches and practices "Hindu doctrine"... and "no Unity", even the two spouses split in two groups!.

-Founded, in 1889 by the spouses Charles and Myrtle Fillmore in Kansas City, Missouri. Charles believed he was a reincarnation of the Apostle Paul.

- 300 centers in several countries.

- Address: Unity Village, Lee's Summit, MO 64065, USA.

Influential... not Christian:

They are influential, with a mail order to 6 million people, with well financed radio and TV promotions, and a "prayer line" ("Silent Unity"), with millions of prayer requests annually.

... They print millions of pieces of literature, like the periodical "Wee Wisdom", appealing to Sunday school children, and the devotional "Daily Word", using the name of Christianity and the Bible, to teach Hindu Doctrines... while people thing they are reading good Christian literature!.

- "God",  is not the Christian God, but a Hindu one: An invisible impersonal power, a "Principle", a "Law", a "Being", a "Mind", a "Spirit"... a pantheistic god in everything. No Trinity.

- "Jesus",  was a man and not the Christ. Instead, he was a man who had "Christ Consciousness". Christ is a state of perfection in every person. Jesus had lived many times before and was in search of his own salvation. He was called the "Son of David", indicating that he had been previously incarnated in David, say the Unity... and continues... Jesus did not die as a sacrifice for anyone's sins, he did not rise physically, and he will never return to earth in physical form.

- The "Holy Spirit", is not a person, but the law of God in action, the "law of nature", the "executive power of both Father and Son".

- "Salvation",  comes by recognizing that each person is as much a Son of God as Jesus is. There is no evil, no devil, no sin, no poverty, and no old age. A person is reincarnated until he learns these truths and becomes "perfect"... "positive thinking" is the key of everything...

- "After-death": Death is a result of wrong thinking. One "reincarnates" until enlightenment comes. No Heaven or Hell... be "positive"!.

Doctrine:

The Fillmores believed they could improve on Mary Baker Eddy's Christian Science healing mission, with "positive thinking". They conceived the idea that God dwells within each person and that heaven and hell exist here and now on earth. God is love, and God has the secret formula for good health. If one follows the laws of God or nature, one can have good health. Among these "Laws of God" are not the Commandments... only the laws of nature!.. The miracles of Jesus were real, for Jesus was following the laws of nature... a most pantheistic vision!.

WORLDWIDE CHURCH OF GOD (WCG), "Armstrong-ism":

Founded in 1934 in Eugene, Oregon, USA, by Herbert W. Armstrong, from Des Moines, Iowa, who died in 1986, at the age of 93.

- 68,000 members

- Address: Box 111, Pasadena, CA 91123, USA.

Radio and TV pioneer:

With only 68,000 members, is influential, because Armstrong was the pioneer of Radio and TV Evangelism, with "The World Tomorrow" telecast, watched by 150 million people weekly, and the magazines "The Plain Truth" and "Quest" sent free of charge to 2 million people monthly... and an income of $150 million per year...

- "Armstrong",  is their only "little Pope", who left a career of failure in business to turn into the business of religion... travelling on a private Jet, he met with Egypt's Sadat, Israel's Begin, India's Gandhi... declared that Queen Elizabeth sits on the throne to which Christ will return... he divorced at age 92, and his sexual misconduct extended even to incest...

A Millennial Church:

A child of the Adventists, like the Jehovah's Witnesses, proclaims the imminent Second Coming of Jesus Christ, who was announced for 1936, 1943, 1972, 1975... Jesus never came, but he was a good source of income!.

- Jesus will come, the battle of Armageddon will occur, and Satan will be defeated... and for 1,000 years Christ will rule in the "paradise earth", without poverty, disease, famine, war... and after the 1,000 years, a second judgment will be rendered and all condemned souls will be given a second chance of salvation... eventually the reign of Christ will prevail all over the world, and for eternity... humans are born to become God...

The "Anglo-Israelism":

This is a church of many "strange doctrines", among them, the "Anglo-Israelism": After the captivity, the descendants of Judah returned to Palestine, the "Jews", but the other 10 tribes of Israel ended up in England from Ninive; and now the Anglo-Americans are the descendants of the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel, the "chosen people of God"; England is "Ephraim", and the USA is "Manasseh", from Gen.48-49... a belief that caused the split with the Adventists.

- All other Christian churches are in error. They observe the Jewish feasts, the Sabbath, and Kosher; without clergy, the "services" are often held in public buildings. Denies the Trinity.

- At the death of Armstrong, in 1986, the Church had doctrinal and structural changes: His son, Garner Ted, heads in Texas the "Church of God International" with 5,000 members. WCG publishes "The Philadelphia Trumpet" magazine, "Malachi's Message", "Key of David" TV program, with $163 million annual revenue... Armstrong legacy of errors and business goes on...

SPIRITUALISM,  Spiritism:

Spiritism is the ancient practice trying to communicate with the death, through a "medium".

See "the Occult": "Spiritism".

"Spiritualism", is Spiritism, but under the form of a Christian worship... it is "a deception", because some people may think they are attending a Christian service while they are going to get hot Spiritism. And it is a "sacrilege" to use Christian methods and objects to deliver Anti-Christian Spiritism... The church may include a pulpit, pews, crucifix, and organ... the service resemble the gatherings of a Christian church, using the Bible, with Christian payers and songs... but it is Spiritism!... with "trances", "psychic readings"...

"Condemned in the Bible",  with strong words, "it is a prostitution against God"... "they shall be stoned to death"!... "If any turn to mediums and fortune-tellers, prostituting themselves to them, I will set my face against them, and will cut them off from the people... A man or a woman who is a medium or a wizard shall be put to death; they shall be stoned to death, their blood is upon them" (Leviticus 20:6,27)... and it is called "an abomination to the Lord" in Deut.18:12.

- Luke 16, clearly illustrates that an impassable gulf separates the dead from the living. And if they could return, Jesus declared that anything the dead may say would have no ultimate moral consequences on the living (Luc.16:31).

- The ancient belief was popularized by sisters Kate and Margaretta Fox, 12 and 15 years-old, 1848, in Hydesville, New York, with the famous "rappings" supposedly coming from a peddler who had been murdered in the hose some years previously. In 1888 the Fox sisters confessed that the rappings were accomplished by a method of cracking their toes. The sisters work out a code: One tap: No; three taps: Yes.

- "Jesus",  for the Spiritualists was a man, not God. While on earth, he was a prophet or an advanced medium, one believed to communicate with the spirit world. Jesus is now a spirit that one can communicate with in the spirit world. No Virgin Birth, no redeeming cross, no resurrection, no Second Coming.

- "God", is an infinite spiritual intelligence, an impersonal power controlling the universe.

- "After-life", in planet earth continues in the spirit world. Heaven and Hell do not exist, they are states of mind.

-"Today", there are less than 10,000 hardcore members of Spiritualistic churches, though church officials estimate more than 500,000, in the USA, England, France, and Brazil. In the New Age the word "medium" is changed for "channeler".

- Literature: Spiritualistic Manual, Aquarium Gospel of Jesus the Christ, Oashpe, the Bible.

- Address:  National Spiritualistic Association, in Washington, DC. Morris Pratt Spiritualistic Institute in Whitewater, Wisconsin, USA.

CHURCH UNIVERSAL AND TRIUMPHANT , "Summit Lighthouse":

It is a Hindu religion, with biblical connotations, specially the "I Am" of Ex.3:14.

- Founded,  in Montana, USA, 1958, by Mark L. Prophet, it is now lead by Elizabeth Clare Prophet, after the death of her husband in 1973.

- 150,000 members, with assets of $50 million.

- Address: Royal Teton Ranch, Corwin Springs, MT 59021.

"Underground Shelters":

It is not so "triumphant" on earth, rather they are so afraid that they have built huge underground shelters, able to accommodate 100,000 people, stocked with food for protection from an impending nuclear holocaust... And it is not that "universal", because most of their members live in Montana, nearby the Shelters.

- "Elizabeth Clare Prophet", called "Guru Ma", believes she is the only present-day medium of truth, the sole channel of communication with the "Ascended Masters", including Jesus and Mary. She is a reincarnation of Martha, the sister of Lazarus, and calls herself "I Am that I Am" of Exodus 3. She wrote "The Lost Years of Jesus", and "The Lost Teachings of Jesus", showing him in India as a young student of Oriental religions.

- "Jesus", is not God. He was only the "mediator" between God and men, the role now Mrs. Prophet has.

- "Salvation", is by doing good Karma (deeds), to reincarnate in a better form.

UNITARIAN- UNIVERSALIST ASSOCIATION

It is the "schizophrenia" of Christianity, trying to unite the Christians, by denying the Trinity, the deity of Jesus, and proclaiming universal complete salvation of all living beings.

In 1959 the "Unitarian Church" merged with the "Universalist Church". Today they have 200,000 members in 1,000 churches.

The "Unitarian Church", was founded in 1774 in England by Theophilus Lindsey, on the basis of "Socinianism", denying the Trinity, and proclaiming that Jesus was not God; the atonement of Jesus is invalid, and salvation is only by works.

"Socinianism", is this doctrine developed in 1550 by the italian brothers Laelius and Faustus Socinus. Luther tried to destroy the roofs of Catholicism; Calvin its wall; and Socinus its foundation.

"Universalism", is also a product of the eighteenth century enlightenment, including rationalism and anti-supernaturalism... it holds that all living beings attain complete salvation, against all teaching of the Bible... and still they call themselves Christians... and with the Unitarians they carry on this schizophrenic torch.

GNOSTICISM" and "NEO-GNOSTICISM

"Gnosis" means "knowledge".

- "Jesus", for the Gnostics, was either a magician, an ascetic, or a sexual deviate who initiated his followers by means of secret ceremonies acquired in his visit to India.

- "St. Paul", in Colossians fights this heresy, defending the uniqueness of the person and redemptive work of Jesus Christ in the face of suggestions that Jesus was only one of the many angelic intermediaries between God and man. He also emphasized that salvation was complete in Christ, countering the legalistic ascetism of Gnosticism (Colos.2:20-30).

-The "Serpent", in Eden revealed to Adam and Eve "secret knowledge", and the Gnostics claim they have guarded this "secret knowledge" through history.. so, this secret knowledge actually comes from the Serpent, from Satan!.

- "Influential": It has no official organizational apparatus, but forms the theological foundation of many modern cults and has even formalized a belief structure of his own, the Neo-Gnosticism, with several Gnostic Churches, among them, the one established in Colombia by Victor Manuel Gomez, now lead by Julio Medina.

- Their influential literature is the fourth-century "Nag Hammadi Codices", "The Secret Gospel", "The Gospel of Thomas", "The Forbidden Gospel".

THE WAY INTERNATIONAL

Founded by Victor Paul Wierwille in 1957, in Ohio, USA, they claim a membership of 100,000 in 62 countries. Address: Box 328, New Knoxville, OH 45871, USA.

- His book "Jesus Christ is not God" says it all... the Baptism is not by water, but by the "holy spirit" (with no capitals, because he is not God), and to practice "glossolalia" 30 minutes per day is a part of salvation... get out of there!.

- The cost for the "Power of Abundant Living" course is $200... don't waste your life!.

HOLY ORDER OF MANS

It is a Hindu doctrine Movement, to teach the Universal Law of Creation, revealed by ancient Christian mysteries. The members may attain the same "Christ consciousness" as Jesus, who was merely a god-realized man... it's all wrong!.

- The "Basic Course" takes 2 years, and then you may proceed with "Advanced Courses" remaining in your own Church, or becoming a full member of the Order in a monastery.

- The Order has a good thing, it does operate "Raphael House" in San Francisco, a shelter for the homeless and abused.

- "MANS" means "Mysterium (mystery), Agape (divine love), Nous (knowledge), Sophia (wisdom)

- Founded by Earl Blighton. Address: 20 Steiner St., San Francisco, CA 94117, USA.

CHURCH OF THE LIVING WORD:

It is called "The Walk", robbing Christ of his "personhood" by claiming that he is now embodied in this Church, and that Christians can be a deified extension of Christ. The Church of the Living Word essentially represents the Second Coming of Christ, replacing the return of the person of Christ, and all other churches belong to a false Babylonian system... don't get into it!.

- Founded,

by John R. Stevens, it claims 5,000 members in 100 churches with headquarters in Iowa and California... it owns large farms in Fresno, California, in Kaloma, Iowa, and in Brazil.

CROSSROADS CHURCH OF CHRIST, "The Boston Church of Christ", "The Central London Church of Christ":

The Central London Church of Christ is the fastest-growing cult in Britain today. Spawend in 1982, with 2 more churches now in Birmingham and Manchester... don't get into it!.

- It is a "daughter" of the "Boston Church of Christ" founded by Kip McKean, in 1979.

... And both are "children" of the "Crossroads Church of Christ" founded by Charles "Chuck" Lucas in Gainsville, Florida, USA.

- Their central idea is "discipling", to obey blindly to the shepherd assigned to you; and their main recruiting is from the colleges... you will be "enslaved" for life in the name of Jesus!.

UNITED CHRISTIAN EVANGELISTIC ASSOCIATION... "Rev. Ike".

- Rev. Frederick Eikerenkoetter, known as Rev. Ike, promotes a "Christianity for earth"... Heaven is replaced by the "now"... you become now successful, rich, and healthy in the name of Jesus... Jesus rode an ass, Rev. Ike prefers to ride a Rolls Royce, and he boasts to have 16!...

- He does not want a "pie in the sky", he wants a "pie on earth"!.

- He has become rich with the doctrine of "receiving from God by giving to God"... and, of course, giving to Rev. Ike is giving to God!.

- His Science of Living philosophy is "self-improvement and financial advancement by visualizing oneself in a positive frame of mind", a mixture of Pentecostalism and Christian Science.

- It is a "prostitution of Christianity"... Address: 910 Commonwealth Av., Boston, MA 02215.

"PENITENTS", "Brothers of Our Father Jesus":

This is the opposite to Rev. Ike: It is a fifth-century movement, with painful self-flagellation and stark sufferings for Christ.

- Each Easter, they reenact Christ's crucifixion in Philippines and Brazil. However, the American Penitents, in Colorado and New Mexico, rigorously guard their secrecy.

- The Catholic Church, officially has denounced their gory activities... get out of there!... the "cross" of your daily duties of life is the best.

"SNAKE HANDLERS":

Founded in Tennessee, USA, 1909, by George Hensley who died of a snakebite in 1955.

- The "Jesus Church of Micco", West Virginia, is the center for "snake handling, and "strychnine-drinking" worshipers, who take to the letter Mark 16:18: "they will pick up snakes in their hands, and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not harm them".

- Their "ceremonies", last for hours, with music and rhythmic clapping to hypnotize the dozens of poisonous snakes all over the hall...

- The Rev. Liston Pack, known as the "Snake Man", in Tennessee, watched the deaths of his brother Bufford and the founder of the Church, Jimmy Williams, after drinking strychnine... but the Church goes on... get out of there!... it is a misinterpretation of the Bible, which also says, "Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God" (Matt.4:7).

"CHURCHES FOR HOMOSEXUALS", "Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches (MCC).

The Churches for Homosexuals, called "MCC", "Metropolitan Community Churches", were formed in Los Angeles, 1968, by Troy Perry, a Baptist minister father of 2 children.

- Now there are 35,000 members in the MCC, in 230 congregations, with 80% gay membership.

- Perry claims that he and other homosexuals experienced on "coming out of the closed".

Many Christian Churches, have special ways to help homosexuals, as they have to help alcoholics, drug addicts, divorcees... within the ranks of the Catholic Church rose up a movement called "Dignity" with "the primary purpose to help the gay to realize that to be Christian he need not deny his homosexuality.

-"Homosexual" activity, is considered a "sin" in the Bible... "but", adds, "you have been washed clean, you have been sanctified, and you have been justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and through the Spirit of our God" (1Cor.6:9-11).

-Isaiah 53:5, says that Jesus "was wounded for our sins and crushed for our iniquities"... "sins" and "iniquities"... Jesus paid for all "sins" and for the "factories to make sins", for the "bad habits", for the "vices", for our "iniquities"... we are all "sinners", we all have "bad habits"... and all we have to do is to be humble, to repent, and to go to the Sacrament of Confession as often as we need (Jn.20:23, 1Jn.1:9))... Pope John Paul II goes to Confession "every day"... don't you be ashamed to go to Confession often, it is the place where we daily can appropriate the merits of the cross of Christ, it is the "throne of grace and mercy" of Heb.4:16.

- The basis for the rehabilitation in "Alcoholic Anonymous" is the Catholic Sacrament of Confession, the five conditions for a good Confession carried out in several days... may be it will be a good idea to apply the same method for those who consider themselves homosexuals.... and the "first step" of the method for Alcoholics is to openly recognize being an Alcoholic, "I am an Alcoholic"...

- My advice: If you want to get reed of any "vice", pray 3 Hail Marys every night, you will see wonders in your life!... if you are not a Christian, pray them!, it cost you nothing, you have to renounce to nothing, but try them!, you will see wonders in your life.

- The "Bible",  clearly condemns homosexuality or sodomy as being immoral and sinful. The Pope John Paul II clarifies that "homosexual activity" is morally wrong, as distinguished from "homosexual orientation", which is not sinful in itself (Oct.5, 1979).

- The New Testament, condemns homosexual activity, or sodomy, in at least 3 places: Rom.1:26-32, 1Cor.6:9-11, 1Tim.1:10... and says "they will not inherit the kingdom of God" (1Cor.6:9)... in Leviticus 18:22 homosexuality or sodomy is called "an abomination".

- The worst attitude about any vice, including homosexuality, is "to boast" about it, and "to applause others who practice it", as it says in Rom.1:32... no one should be proud or boast to be a murderer, or an alcoholic, or a thief, or a liar, or a prostitute, or a homosexual... the reason why God chastised so severely Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis 19 is because they were proud of their immoral sexual activities, and they applauded those who openly did them or boasted about them.

BRANCH DAVIDIANS... WACO:

They are no longer in existence since the 82 death in the fire at WACO, Texas, in 1993, after the tragic 50-day siege.

-The Branch Davidians, were an offshoot of the Seventh Day Adventists. Like the SDA, Branch Davidians believed in an imminent Second Coming of Christ, but were badly weaken as an organization when this failed to happen as predicted in 1959. Even they were sued by many of their members who had bought land close to the supposed place of the Coming of Christ. The SDA had by that time overcome the embarrassment of their own wrongly predicted Second Coming for 1844, 1845, 1854, 1873...

- "Vernon Howell", changed his name to "David Koresh", and took over the leadership of the Davidians in 1986 after ousting leader George Roden. He declared himself the "sinful Messiah" in 1985, and took over the lives of all Davidians, expecting the imminent Coming of Jesus, to establish his kingdom, and, of course, the Davidians would be the rulers with Christ during the Millennium in the Paradise Earth... but only those faithful to Koresh!.

- Koresh was the illegitimate son of a 15-year-old mother and was later abused by his stepfather. He was thrown out of the Adventists at the age of 19 for being a troublemaker. He spread the Davidians to Britain, Australia, Israel...

PEOPLES TEMPLE

Jim Jones... "Guayana, Jonestown":

"Guayana" was the scene of the Jonestown mass suicide in 1978 and still the most infamous locale in cult history, where 913 members of the "People's Temple" died after drinking cyanide-laced Kool Aid. Some, according to survivors, were shot down trying to escape.

- "Jim Jones", was the leader and "god" of the cult. They had practiced the ceremonial suicide on previous occasions in preparation for their deliverance from corruption.

- They had cut all links with the outside world and their belief in the imminent apocalypse was fuel by rumors within the commune that earthquakes had destroyed Los Angeles, and that San Francisco had been overrun by the Ku Klux Klan.

- 85 members of the Cult survived the massacre, including Jones's three sons. Some had not been at the commune on 18 November 1978; some had stayed in California rather than move to Guayana, and others managed to escape into the jungle.
